The main house was
built by "German Schutztruppe" in
early 1900’s and is now the residence of the von Schauroth
family. Rich in history and culture, Savanna Guest Farm is a
traditional Namibian sheep farm where true Namibian hospitality,
local food and good wine dominates.
We offer relaxed
and tranquil accommodation in safe surrounding without having
to off load your whole car. An opportunity
for foreigners to experience a typical Namibian farm and to meet
the friendly local Namibian people. The Guest house is
managed by owners.
Our much respected "Dorper Sheep Stud" is our pride and
we produce high quality produce for both local and international
markets. We also train Arabian Horses for competitive
endurance riding and are active members of the Namibian
Endurance Ride Association.
